This 2 hour in-home cooking lesson is for anyone looking for new and easy recipes that are also healthy. We'll help you navigate the world of low-sodium and sugar-free, while making sure it still tastes delicious!
Before the lesson, you'll be asked to complete a short consultation form to help us understand what kind of food would be best to cook for your lesson.
Once we've received your completed form, we'll send you a list of recipes to choose from. When you decide on the recipes, we'll send you a shopping list of ingredients to have available for your lesson.
